Description

I've published the sepia and Bw versions just for purplerose, who wasn't satisfied by the colored on, but I don't think they have the power of the colored one.
Anyway I would have done, dear Jerrica, you still wouldn't be happy with it and woult rate it low.
so.. kiss kiss.

Amazing shot Florin! :)

The level of details, light and colors all look excellent.

Just a tiny wish....
The top would be included with just a little more space upwards.

Great choice of angle.

Top marks! :)

PS. Watch out for the +2 monster... lol :p

Beautiful sight and an alright capture of it.

Color is way too overwhelming on the eyes for this, which is not helped by the slight blur. Color also distracts from the ornate designs and makes it hard to focus on anything. Would probably be stronger as a B/W.

Could be sharper.

Should be fully symmetrical to produce a stronger composition, because all of the cut off parts and uneven seating are not attractive.

i absolutely love the photo..made me go 'wow' as it opened as i'm a big fan of this kind of artwork and architecture. the only thing that makes this an inch short from perfect is the slight blur on the golden parts on the top left and how it looks slightly cramped at the top.

Wow. Very busy and colourful. The busyness works because that is obviously what the place is all about.

this is a great photo. I agree that the image is screaming to be centered, but keeping it off-center gives the image an uneasy feeling -- which I think makes the photo that much more interesting. This image most definitely has to be in color -- and I'm sure even this image does not do justice to actually being there. I think it's ridiculous to think that this image has no focal point as the perspective draws us right into the paining in the center. The busyness of it allows the eye to meander around the image to discover something new with each pass.

Excellent work!

Fantastic!

If I was going to nitpick, maybe it would be better if the camera was a few inches off the floor or tilted upwards slightly so you get less floor and more ceiling, but that's a minor point - the idea of taking it from low level to emphasise is spot on and the colours are wonderful.

The only problem with images like this is that they suffer from having to be displayed at 716px wide - it only looks great here, enlarged to A2 and hanging on the wall it would probably look real enough to walk into!
