A very good view of the city. It looks slightly oversharpened on my monitor but only a minor point. Nice capture.

Beautiful city view. I think another compostion might be better to take advantage of the square and the closer parts of the city which are quite interesting. The sky and the distant city don't add much.

Here we go again with the voting...

I agree with the suggestion above, a pano would have worked better here. I like it, even if the sky has a strange feeling and the composition, being a centered one, is not totally centered, or at least it doesn't look like it IMO. Still I think a +2 is a bit too harsh!
