Wow! What a view! I gather that this was taken from a gondola, right? Love the twisty, windy road.

Just as a suggestion, try a little less sharpening -- perhaps even some selective sharpening (so that the rocks aren't as sharp as the road). Also, with that tower almost touching the right edge, I might have composed this shot a little more to the left. Another option might be to just crop the right tower...

While you're at it, why not add a nice frame/matte to your photo as well? ;)

Anyway, a very cool shot!

Beautiful. The cable car is a bonus. Too bad about the towers. As Trevor suggested, you can crop one out easily, but the second one will take too much of the road with it, so I can live with it. :)

Great place you found for yourself!

Would possibly get ride of that right most tower (to close to the border)

Way to go Florin!

I'd try the opposite -- pull it a little more to the right to keep the towers in 3's
pretty cool shot!! */8

thanks a lot to you all.
actually, this was taken from the edge, just near the precipice, not from a gondola or tower. you can see on the left, on red, a funicular.
the feeling was great !
I chosed this angle cause I wanted the road to come on diagonal, from top right, to bottom left.
hope you enjoy it

great shot! i love the line of the road!!!
I'd only heal out the right tower and the red "gondola".

@Lenny: I chosed to keep the gondola to give an idea about the proportions.
about the tower... yep.. I'll give a thought.
thanks

for me the red gondola + the red car really add the little extra.

Fantastic roads, great landscape! I saw a TopGear episode where they try a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS and an Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24, and they were looking for the best road in Europe, an this path was one of them! I loved the show and the landscape is wonderful there.
This Photo manage to make me feel the same way I did when I saw the show!
Great Shot!

thanks a lot for your kind comments !
@ navin: it took 2 h, but I stoped for every 100 m to take some shots. probably I would have stop even more frequently if it wasn't for the fog... :(
@vasco: thanks a lot man, indeed would make the perfect road to ride some of those fantastic cars.
